What is Business UX?
The UX Method is a user-centric foundation that designers use to create better UI designs. However, restricting this extremely useful methodology is simply a waste. Because of this, we have decided to use all of the foundations of user experience and apply them directly to businesses themselves. This has an enormous effect on businesses by supercharging them as customer-focused entities that are willing to make their users happy before wasting time thinking about money.
Our process is quite simple. We follow the UX formula and change it where necessary for the business cases. The four main steps are:

And that's it! The process is simple but extremely powerful because we always start by figuring out the userbase. Research can take place in several differnt ways depending on the type of business. Web research can often get the job done but in-person user interviews can open up a huge world of possiblities.
Once we have the research, we're able to figure out exactly how to best connect with your customers and userbase. This is when we create the overall business recommendations. This could be anything from changes to the the overall store, wording changes, wording for customer service, or even recomendations for things such as thank you cards to help get return customers.
If our recomendation includes design work, we will provide guildines and sample work so that you can get started with the design process or you can meet with a representative and discuss moving forward with the design process with our company.

What exactly is business UX?
Business UX is a term we coined that describes applying user experience principles to business regardless of the application. We believe that the user-centric methods of UX can be applied anywhere and they hold very valuable lessons for people of every profession.
How fast will I receive my work?
This depends on the service being provided. Simple design will take about one week to process. However, larger projects involving research may take longer. We will always provide a detailed timeline explaining your design work.
What if I don't like the design or recommendations?
We are looking for 100% satisfaction which means that you can request redesigns all the way until you are satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
No, due to the time and effort required, no refunds are given.
How did you pick the company name?
That's a great question! Truthfully, I love the concept of starships and space exploration. I think that the design of these futuristic starships is a great opportunity to model business design. A starship is infinitely complex, with so many different components all interacting together. Yet, even with all of that complexity, we see regular people flying them as if it's a space flying car! My design philosophy is simplicity for the user, but not at the sake of functionality. Because of this, I believe that we are designing starships. Simple to fly but infinitely complex underneath.
